Ludlow Fringe 2024 will take place Thursday 13th June - Sunday 23rd June.
Registration for Performers
When you register with us, we will assess where your work will be best suited and put you in touch with the venue. Easy!
Many of our venues are FREE but some do incur a charge. We will make the costs very clear to you so there are no surprises at the end.
Our registration fee for performers is £75 this year and this will give you a quarter page promotion of your event in our full colour, A5 brochure, of which there will be a print run of 25,000, distributed widely across the Marches region, Mid-Wales, the West Midlands and beyond. We will support you with ticket sales, stewarding, marketing and promoting your event and we will display your posters and distribute your event flyers across the region. Where necessary, we can also support you with FREE or subsidised accommodation. We will provide basic tech for you to manage – PA, Mic, Lights – but if you require someone to operate this, we will have to charge at £20 per hour.
There will be a 70:30 split of box office takings (in the performer’s favour, of course) and you can be assured that we will work our hardest to get you the audience sizes you deserve. We will provide you with the Marketing Tools to access press, media and social media promotion and the @’s and #’s to get you seen in the right places.
You will also be able to ask us questions at any time (within reason) and we will get back with an answer as quick as we can. We are a friendly, dedicated and hard-working team and we are looking forward to inviting you to become a part of not just the Ludlow Fringe network but also the World Fringe Network and all that offers!
