It’s our 10th anniversary and we are kicking things off by bringing back Carnival! This summer join us in celebrating ‘Our Beautiful Earth’
Our carnival has a twist - by rejecting fossil fuels we are developing a people and pedal powered parade - you could push a trolley, pull a buggy, ride a tandem or simply dance your way through the town… even better, hop on a horse?!!
This is the definition of a community arts project, we will be out and about delivering workshops to schools, libraries, sports clubs and retirement homes to name but a few. These will be social, creative sessions where you can learn new skills, meet new friends and work together on something big, bold and spectacular.
- Do you want to make something MASSIVE?
- Would you like to come to a carnival sculpture masterclass? Details and booking here!
- Would you like to be part of a Samba band?
- Are you a knit and natterer who’d like a project for the summer?
- Do you want to be involved but have no idea how?
We need you!
Email jess@ludlowfringe.co.uk with your ideas or simply to ask for more details.
Carnival will take place on Saturday 18th June, we hope to see you there!
